How it works
- Share your personal referral link with friends, clients, or followers.
- When someone clicks your link and signs up, we record the referral.
- When that person becomes a paying Planagram customer, both you and the person you referred earn one free month.
- A 7-day safety period applies before the reward is confirmed, to make sure the payment is genuine.
- Rewards are applied automatically — you don't need to do anything.
What you earn
- If you're on the Free plan, you get one free month of the Starter plan.
- If you're on a paid plan, you get one referral credit that reduces your next invoice by your plan's price.
- The person you referred gets one referral credit on their first paid invoice.
- You can earn up to 12 free months per rolling 12-month period.
Tracking
Your referral link is tracked for 90 days after someone clicks it. If they sign up within 90 days, the referral is yours. After 90 days, the tracking expires.
What's not allowed
- Self-referrals are not allowed and are blocked. You cannot refer yourself.
- You cannot create fake or throwaway accounts to earn rewards.
- You cannot share your referral link in spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising.
- Referrals from the same IP address as the referrer are flagged for our review to detect potential abuse.
Our right to remove rewards
We can remove referral rewards if we believe the program is being abused, including self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, or fraudulent payments. If a referred customer cancels or requests a refund during the 7-day safety period, the reward is cancelled automatically.
Agencies
Agencies can earn a free month for every client they refer who becomes a paying Planagram customer. The same 12-month cap and all other rules above apply.
