Use Planagram with Claude

Connect Planagram to Claude (claude.ai) and manage your social posts right from your conversation.

How to connect

  1. 1.Open claude.ai and go to Settings → Connectors.
  2. 2.Click Add custom connector and paste this URL:https://mcp.getplanagram.com/mcp
  3. 3.Click Sign in — you'll be redirected to Planagram to log in (if you aren't already).
  4. 4.Review the permissions and click Allow.
  5. 5.You're connected. Ask Claude to list your accounts, schedule a post, or check what's coming up.

What Claude can do

list_social_accounts

Shows your connected social accounts (platform, handle, status).

list_posts

Lists your posts, filtered by status (draft, scheduled, published, failed), date, or account.

get_post

Gets full details of one post, including publish results and URLs.

create_post

Creates or schedules a post to one or more accounts. Can publish immediately or save as draft.

update_post

Edits a draft or scheduled post (text, media, schedule, accounts).

delete_post

Deletes a draft or scheduled post. Published posts cannot be deleted.

Example prompts

"Schedule this to my Instagram for Thursday at 9:30 AM"

Claude will use create_post with your Instagram account and the requested time.

"What's scheduled this week?"

Claude will use list_posts with a date filter for the current week.

"Move tomorrow's LinkedIn post to Friday"

Claude will use list_posts to find it, then update_post to change the scheduled time.

How to disconnect

Go to Settings → Connected Apps in your Planagram dashboard and click Disconnect next to Claude. This immediately revokes Claude's access to your account.
